The film will premiere on the 1st of September with a public showing on the big screen at Bradford centenary at 8.30pm followed by a live performance by Issimo at Forsters Bistro.

Bradford City of Film Director, David Wilson said, “I am familiar with Conor’s work and always produces something real quality films which are full of depth and emotion. I was also fortunate to catch Issimo performing a live set at the Bradford Festival so when I hear that the two were working together I offered to support the launch with the use of the Big Screen. I am really proud that creative talent from Bradford are receiving the national recognition they deserve.”

Conor Butler, has worked on promos for such well-known artists as Jessie J, Plan B and Girls Aloud and has a very busy call sheet as the quality of his work continues to grab people across the film sector in the UK.

ISSIMO consists of core members Abi Uttley and Marc Otway backed by a group of six ‘Issimites’. The pair formed after they had both competed in the finals of a nationwide battle of the bands called ‘Rock the House’ which was held at the House of Commons and supported by big names such as Queen’s Brian May, Blink 182’s Mark Hoppus and Rick Wakeman (Former keyboard player for Yes.) Uttley and Otway finished 1st and 2nd respectively in the solo act category, and have since formed ISSIMO, having already gained attention with shows at Latitude Festival, Cornbury Festival, and Beat Herder festival.

When asked to explain the bands name singer/guitarist/songwriter Marc Otway says ‘ISSIMO is used in Spanish and Italian to add emphasis to words, so it’s kind of like an exclamation mark. Which fits perfectly with what we do, we perform with a big, loud 8 piece band, dress loudly and produce ridiculously flamboyant music videos with horses, lots of fire, and evil queens.’

The E.P. will be available for pre-order on iTunes from the 1st of September, the date of the video premiere, and fans who buy it on pre-order will be able to download the first track ‘Coldest Queen’ ahead of the release date.

‘After all we’ve done so far we’re so excited be finally releasing some our music for our fans to be able to listen to!’ say’s the band’s leading lady Abi Uttley.
